After any visit to your property for the following services:

• Spring or fall cleanups

• Fertilization or pesticide applications

• Weekly maintenance (please call within 48 hours)

• Mulching

• Pruning

• Snow removal (please call within 24 hours)

• Lawn installations (sod & seed, please follow care & watering instructions)

• Shrub or tree installation (see your warranty below)

• irrigation service

• Lawn renovation (seeding & aeration)

If we fail to meet your expectations, call us within 15 days or the time listed above. We will, at no additional charge, return and re-work, repair or replace any areas you were not satisfied with. If, at this time, you are still not absolutely satisfied, we will refund your money for the service or product of your dissatisfaction.

Trees and shrubs are covered by a one-year warranty from date of planting, provided you follow watering and care instructions, and payment is paid in full in a timely manner.
