I just wanted to report in with an update on my tree situation [post Irene].

As you know, you sent the crew of Joe, Esteban and Ramone to my home yesterday, 09/20/11, to remove the disaster of my fallen trees, and to clean up the mess.

To get right to the point -- they did a fantastic job.

First, they accomplished the major mission of getting the trees out of there -- and did it professionally, carefully and efficiently. They did such a good job that my backyard is cleaner now then it was before the trees fell.

In addition, as you know, one my trees fell in my neighbor's backyard and bent several of her trees. Not only did they clean up the fallen tree and her mess, but straightened out the bent trees by tieing them to my fence -- and they look great.

In addition, the large tree in my yard that fell in my pool, also bent the gorgeous shrubs that your other crew just manicured beautifully, and it also crashed through the fence.

Joe, Esteban and Ramone straightened out the bushes with rope, and even fixed the fence so you can hardly see where it was bent.

As you know, I have also been extremely impressed with the work performed by your other crew, Giovanni, German and Juan C.

This leads me to stress that you gentlemen, Chris and Jason, should think of giving talks and advice to other small businesses on employee management.

Seriously, you obviously have a major skill in selecting excellent employees, who are high quality workers, but are also high quality people -- cooperative, well-mannered and tremendously efficient.

In addition, your management methods are particularly productive, because all of your workers are motivated, polite, proud and perfectionists at their work. In fact, when we do the booklet to consumers, this is a major point to stress.
