Juan Carlos Salazar

Juan comes from Puebla, Mexico. He first joined the CJL team as an H2B employee (seasonal worker) in 2004. He would travel from Puebla to either Guadalajara, Monterrey, or Mexico City through the US Consulate each April.

Juan has risen from install laborer to detail crew leader, he has taken English class courses at Rutgers’ in-house training, and he passed his NJ Driver’s License test. In 2019 he received his Green Card.

Juan was 22 years old when he first left home to work in the USA. Juan returns to his wife, son and daughter each winter. We all keep in touch with him on Facebook and Instagram.

As the picture shows, Juan has an infectious smile, and along with many others, he helps to make up a great team.
